Order Processing

Orders placed before 10 AM EST, Monday to Friday, are processed the same business day, provided no additional information or verification is required from the customer.

Orders placed after the cutoff, on weekends, or on holidays will be processed on the next business day.

All orders are shipped domestically within the United States.

In some cases, we may request additional information to verify an order. If verification is required, processing may be delayed until the requested information is received.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

We offer several tracked shipping options depending on how quickly you would like to receive your order.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Standard Shipping delivery times may vary depending on the destination.

USPS Priority Mail provides faster tracked delivery, but the estimated arrival time is not guaranteed.

UPS Fast & Reliable provides a faster and generally more predictable UPS delivery service, but the estimated arrival time is not guaranteed.

Delivery estimates begin once the package has been shipped and do not include order processing time.

Delays caused by carriers, weather, natural disasters, service disruptions, or other circumstances outside Tools420’s control may affect delivery times.

Shipping charges are not refundable when a shipment arrives outside the estimated delivery window, as carrier delivery estimates are not guaranteed.

Receiving Your Order

For delivery, a resident 21 years of age or older must be available to accept the package. Valid government-issued identification will be required to confirm the recipient’s age.

Credit Card Payments

Shipping addresses that do not match the billing address associated with your credit card may result in delays or require additional verification. In such cases, an alternate payment method may be necessary.

Delivery & Order Tracking

You can monitor the status of your order, including shipping details and tracking numbers, through your registered account or the invoice sent to your email.

Incorrect Address

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct shipping address at the time of purchase. If an incorrect address is provided, please notify us within 4 hours of placing the order so we can make the necessary updates.

If the order has already shipped, Tools420 cannot be held responsible for lost or missing packages due to incorrect address information. If the package is returned to us, reshipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility. Alternatively, a partial refund can be issued, with the original shipping cost deducted.

Missing Package Policy

Shipping is handled by third-party carriers. If a package is lost, damaged, or significantly delayed, Tools420 will assist with the carrier’s investigation and claims process.

If tracking shows that your package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact us within 48 hours of the delivery confirmation so we can open an investigation with the carrier.

Customers should also check around the delivery location, including entrances, porches, mailrooms, parcel lockers, and with other household members or neighbors who may have accepted the shipment.

Refunds or replacements for lost shipments may only be issued after the carrier completes its investigation and confirms that the package is lost.

Failure to report a missing package promptly may limit our ability to investigate or recover the shipment.
